London Road Allotment Association
Welcome to the new homepage of London Road Allotment Association (LRAA).
Situated off Humber Road, opposite Wheeler Road ( map ), Coventry, UK. We are NSALG affiliated and, occupying 19 acres, are the biggest allotment site in the city. The site has been used as allotments since 1911 and used to occupy 50.4 acres with 430 plots.
You have probably noticed that this website has been moved. We are now undergoing redevelopment and
aim to add the main content asap, followed by cosmetic and layout changes to make the site easier to navigate and nicer to use.

17/07/08 - "Green Option" - Congestion Relief threatens Coventry Allotment site. - A45/A46 Tollbar End Improvement - Land would probably be required from allotments, properties on B4110 London Road and the Orchard Retail Park, and could affect the Rivers Avon, Sowe and Sherbourne with a risk of pollution and an impact on the floodplain.

16/07/08 - Weather Information Added to site. - Newly added to the site is the Weather addon, powered by weatheronline.co.uk, giving reliable and detailed daily weather and a 4 day Morning, Daytime and Evening Forecast. The daily forecast includes things such as UV index, sunrise and sunset times, chance of rain, wind speed and direction and even moon times. All availalbe easily at a quick 'click and glance'. Invaluable for gardeners planning a trip to the allotment, or just for general information.
